Case report: Tinti is referred for clinical examination after suddenly showing hind limbs paresis, decreased spinal reflexes and decreased pain perception.

CT scan of the patient shows vertebral arch diastasis at T13, with spinal left dorsal horn compression between T13 and L1.

The patient underwent a T13-L1 hemilaminectomy to the left. 10 days after surgery, Tinti could walk a couple steps by himself.

Therapy: Starting from the 10th day after surgery, the patient has been treated daily with MLS®Laser Therapy for 10 consecutive days.

Clinical results after MLS® Laser Therapy have definitely been encouraging
