The “MLS® Laser Therapy” Course (23rd March) organised by ASAveterinary with the collaboration of Equipos Interferenciales, distributor for Mexico and Columbia, in the premises of the “Parque Ecologico Zacango” Zoo (Calimaya, Mexico) was a unique occasion for participants. In addition to receiving important indications on the uses, benefits and successful cases with MLS® from product specialist MDV Adelmo Rossin, attending vets were able to take part in a practical session of Laser Therapy on elephants.
“The zoo which hosted us – explains Karla Salazar, ASA Export Manager – was chosen by Doctor Maria Moch to carry out her research study “The effects of a MLS Laser Therapy level 4 device in a 1.3 population of Asian Elephants with multiple clinical cases”. The doctor, who was present during the course, not only explained the basis of her study and the results obtained to her colleagues, but also treated an elephant leg with MLS®, providing additional suggestions for effectively applying our therapy, which was decisive in treating some issues in rhinos”.
